Founder, Property Investing Academy
Shaun Magner is the founder of both Property Investing Academy, a Real Estate Investment education company, and Monument City Group, a collective of Real Estate Investment companies based in Baltimore, MD.
Since 2006, he's built and operated multiple systems-dependent residential Real Estate Investment businesses.
From marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopment, property management, business development and finance, Shaun has gained an expertise in all aspects of the residential Real Estate Investing industry. He prides himself on sharing his knowledge and resources with his students to help them achieve their goals.
He's been a featured guest on countless podcasts, a keynote speaker at countless industry conferences and spent years as a Coach and Speaker for the Nation's top Real Estate Investment education company.
His entire career has been in the residential construction space. Prior to Real Estate, he spent over a decade in sales and leadership for industry leading building material manufacturers.
Before that, he spent years as a residential new construction and remodeling carpenter after his formal education in the trade from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster, PA.
